I noticed his coat got shinier after switching to Crave and that’s a healthy sign I can actually see. His energy levels are soaring too! The cost is affordable and you don’t have to sell your soul to feed your fur babies quality stuff. But hey, every dog is different and it’s not a universal solution; still definitely worth giving a try though! 👍🐾

I tried CRAVE dog food for my Border Collie, Max. Honestly, I wasn’t too impressed. The protein content was promising, sure – but they source it from chicken meal annd even pea protein. Now I’m no nutritionist, but aren’t meats ideally supposed to be the primary source of protein for dogs?

And let’s not ignore the fact that this stuff is gritty! Not something you’d expect your furry friend to enjoy munching. Max ate it, but he wasn’t excited for meal times like he usually is. Was sorta a turn-off seeing him lose his enthusiasm for food.

Price point is alright, kinda middle-ground compared to other high-protein options around. But given the meaty claims, I expected more quality grubs per kibble, if you catch my drift.

Bottom line: I’m not raving about Crave and am probably switching back to our old brand. If they improve their recipe and bring in more real meat (not meal!), I might give them another shot.

Does anyone have similar experience or should I try another bag just to be sure? Sometimes Max can be picky without a clear reason…

Are you considering switching to CRAVE or just checking out new options? Would love to hear your thoughts!

But really, we switched him from his regular chow after a friend recommended CRAVE annd wowza, can we talk about the changes? Monty’s coat has become so glossy; he’s practically auditioning for a doggy shampoo commercial, and his energy levels…well let’s just say our daily walks have turned into daily marathons!

The only downside though is it’s not exactly on the cheaper side of the pet food spectrum. I mean you won’t have to take out a second mortgage or anything but it’s not spare-change cheap either. But consider it an investment. A little splurge for our furry pals’ health isn’t half bad right?

Keep those tails wagging guys! 🐶

I’ve noticed a significant improvement in his coat too; it’s super shiny now! The price may be a tad steeper than other brands, but ya know what? Seeing that confident wagging tail makes it worth every penny. Just remember, what works for Charley might not be the ultimate choice for all pups out there. mabye start small, see how your dog reacts to it before buying in bulk. Best of luck to you and your doggo! 🐶✌️

I’ve been feeding my Golden, Max, CRAVE for a few months now and I gotta say – it’s a huge hit! He absolutely loves the salmon & white fish variety. Clears his bowl faster than I ever saw before.

As far as ingredients go, it’s grain-free which is great since Max has a little bit of a sensitive stomach. Also noticed an improvement in his coat since switching to CRAVE – it’s a lot more shiny than before.

Gotta admit though, it’s a bit on the pricier side compared to some other brands we’ve tried before. But I guess it makes sense if you consider the high-protein content and quality ingredients they provide.

Just be sure to transition slowly if you’re switching from another brand or type of food. Rapid changes can upset their belly, speaking from experience here 😅
All in all, definitely worth giving CRAVE a shot if you’re thinking about it!

    Cheers,
Sarah with the super spoilt Max 🐕

But here’s where things get tricky…after a couple of months, Max started losing interest in his kibble – which was unusual for him. Around the same time, he began having digestive issues as well: gas, loose stools and all that unpleasant stuff. Took him to the vet and she thought it could be the food as nothing else seemed amiss.

So we slowly transitioned him off CRAVE and back onto his old food. Lo and behold, our boy bounced right back! His tummy issues cleared up and he’s back to anticipating meal times with glee.

It’s disappointing because I had high hopes for CRAVE, but every dog is unique with their own dietary needs. What works wonders for some pups might not be the best fit for others. So while I think CRAVE could potentially be great, it just wasn’t the right fit for my Max.

Remember – always monitor your fur baby closely when switching diets! In doubt? Consult your trusted vet.
    Cheers!

Absolutely agree about the benefits of CRAVE dog food! My two labs seem to have an infinite appetite, and nothing seemed to keep their bellies happy for very long. That was until I tried CRAVE. It’s unbelievable how they go crazy for it! Their energy levels have hit the roof and their coats are so much shinier!

The high protein content seems to do wonders. With meat as the main ingredient, it seems to tick all the right nutritional boxes. Plus, my fur babies don’t get bored because there are various flavours available. Ocean Fish & Salmon is their personal favourite, but your mileage may vary.

juts a heads up though – transitioning your pups over to a new food can upset their stomachs if not done carefully. Start small and gradually increase the content of the new food in their bowl over a period of time. And always consult with your vet if you’re unsure or if you notice any negative changes in your pups.

Best of luck! Your fur babies are going to love CRAVE! Talk soon 🐾

But remember, every dog is different and what works great for mine might not be a hit with yours. It’s always best to introduce new food gradually and monitor how they react to it. Good luck! My pooch sends tail-wags your way 🐾

At first, I was skeptical. Let’s be real–you see the words ‘high-protein’ and ‘grain-free’, and your mind goes straight to exorbitant prices. But surprisingly, I’d say CRAVE offers pretty reasonable pricing for the quality they promise, and they indeed live up to it.

Here’s my favorite part – their ingredient list is super easy to read (and pronounce)! It’s great knowing exactly what Orbit (my Border Collie) is munching on. And he seemed to love it from the get-go! His coat looks shinier than ever, and his energy levels are through the roof! It’s like he found a new lease on life (from an already bouncing-off-the-walls baseline haha).

Still, every pup is different so don’t take just my word for it. I strongly recommend giving CRAVE a try though. Who knows? Your little buddy might love it as much as Orbit does.

Until next time, happy feeding everyone!

P.S. Has anyone tried the salmon flavor yet? Would love your thoughts on it!

Let’s break it down. Yes, pooch was more than happy to munch on it – but FYI, she also tried eating a sock last Tuesday. Meat as the first ingredient? Check. No cheap fillers or synthetic colors? Apparently so. But my furball’s gas situation could give a hot air balloon a run for its money. Seriously, what in the name of Scooby-Doo did they put in that kibble?

And for all that money we’re shelling out – it better make her ballet dance or something! On the health side of things, her coat’s shiny and energy levels seem good but nothing off the charts to warrant that price tag.

All in all, if you’ve got money to burn and want your home smelling like an eternal fart fest – go for it! Put simply; CRAVE is like a ritzy date with gorgeous packaging who turns out to be dull company. Wouldn’t be my first pick next time when there are more reasonable options doing just as well without inflicting stinky indignities.
