MemberOne thing that concerned me initially was the price point; it’s a bit higher than some other options on the market. But considering the grain-free recipe and real meat as the first ingredient, I’d say it’s worth the investment for my furry pals’ health.
However, always check with your vet before switching food because each pooch is unique. What works for my two may not work for your fur buddy. Hope this helps!

MemberOne thing to keep in mind is the transition period – take it slow, mix the new food with the old one gradually. Begin with 25-30% of WAG, then increase the ratio over a week or so to avoid unnecessary tummy upsets, ya know?
Downside? It’s a bit pricier than some “supermarket” brands. But hey, you get what you pay for – annd Max seems to love the taste of it. ‘Lamb and lentil’ flavor is his favorite as of now!
Check if your furball has any specific dietary needs though and always double-check with your vet before making such changes! Every pup is different after all! 🐶🦴

MemberWhat I like? The ingredient list reads like a fancy deli menu: real meat is always the first ingredient (*no* unnamed “animal meal”), with veggies and fruits showing up too. It’s without added grain, making it great for dogs with sensitive tummies.
Had some concerns about cost at first; let’s be honest – artisanal dog food isn’t as easy on the wallet as bulk bought kibble. But given the nutritional value it packs − worth every penny!
Downside? Ugh! This stuff does not smell great. Trust me, it won’t be your new favorite kitchen aroma. BUT – a small price to pay for knowing what’s in your dog’s bowl is healthy eats.
Hope that helps give you a feel for the WAG experience! Let me know if you decide to try it or if you have more questions.

MemberHonestly, WAG Dog Food was a game changer for my ever-hungry golden retriever, Benji. I swapped over from his usual kibble to try WAG out and the difference is astounding. He seems to have more energy throughout the day, his coat has become shinier than ever, and what’s best? Benji’s picky tummy adores it! No side issues or allergies noted so far.
The quality of the ingredients truly lives up to the claims – real meat being the first ingredient, grain-free and no artificial preservatives. I mean come on, your pup’s health is surely worth this investment!
Also, the convenience of having it delivered right on my doorsteps just takes a load off regularly running to the pet store! Amazon does a pretty great job with their brand here.
So for any dog-owners sitting on the fence about trying this out – I say go for it. You will thank yourself (and so will your furry friend) 😉
Happy feeding,

MemberLooking at the bag label, yes, it ticks all boxes concerning nutritional content and assures no artificial additives. But honestly speaking, it’s a bit pricy compared to other quality brands that my pooch has happily gobbled up in the past.
I guess what I’m trying to say is ensure your fur buddy agrees with you before making a switch based on promise alone. A brand being Amazon’s own doesn’t automatically qualify it as every dog’s favorite! We’re going back to our usual blend for now – affordable, nutritious, and most importantly, Max-approved!
Keep those tails wagging! 🐾🐾

MemberThe only downside is the price – it’s a bit pricier compared to others but in my opinion, the quality makes up for it. I mean, we gotta ask ourselves what price can we put on our furbabies’ health, right? Anyway, hope this helps out in your decision-making process!

MemberOne qualm was the price initially, but it’s reasonably affordable when you consider the top-notch quality. Let me tell you, it’s worth it seeing your pooch happy and healthy. Anyone else gave it a try?

MemberI did some digging into the ingredients, and it’s all good stuff: no grain, no artificial colors or flavors. It’s primarily made of real meat too, which is a big bonus in my book.
Only downside? It’s a bit pricey compared to some other brands out there. But considering how well my Lab’s taken to it, I’ve gotta say it feels worth the splurge. 👍
Remember that each dog is different though. Always best you try a small pack first and see how your pup reacts before going all in.

MemberBut mind you, every dog is different. Mine took to it like a duck to water. Another plus is that it doesn’t have any artificial flavors or colors – I mean, we’re trying to keep their diet natural as much as possible, aren’t we?
I will admit, it’s a bit pricier than some other brands out there. But seeing my pup enjoy his meals and stay active… let’s just say it feels worth it.
Just a heads up to gradually introduce it into your dog’s diet though, sudden changes can upset their tummies.
Hope this helps! Keep us posted on how your fur-kid likes WAG!

MemberI especially love that it comes in a variety of flavors to keep things interesting for him, like chicken and turkey mixed with lentils. I gotta tell you, he really seems to enjoy it. His coat has become noticeably shinier, and he’s generally been more energetic since the switch.
The only downside I’d say is it falls a bit on the pricier side, but hey, good quality stuff usually does. All in all though, Max seems happy and healthy so I’m sticking with WAG for now.

MemberThe only drawback is that it’s a bit pricier than what I used to feed him. But honestly, I’d say the quality jump totally justifies kicking in a few extra bucks. Also, note that they’ve got several different formulas so you might need some trial and error to find out what suits your furry friend the best. That said, overall, Chester and I give WAG two paws up!

MemberRocky is a bit of a picky eater (which might just be code for ‘spoiled.’) He sniffed around it for a good ten minutes before he took a single bite. I could practically hear him thinking “what’s this peasant chow you’re serving me?” The kibble pieces are tiny – perfect for puppies or miniature breeds, not so much for my big chunk.
On the positive side, the ingredients don’t seem too shabby although chicken meal as first ingredient rather than whole chicken is kind of underwhelming – just call me old-fashioned!
All in all, it’s not appalling if you’re trying to save a few bucks on your furkid’s cuisine but let’s put it this way: with WAG, you’re not exactly dining at the Ritz Carlton. Hope that helps anyone pondering their next dog dish dilemma!

MemberFirst things first, how about we appreciate the sheer variety they’ve got on offer? Chicken and lentil? Salmon and sweet potato? When did my pooch’s din-dins become fancier than my own?!
The one thing I’ve found commendable is their emphasis on protein sources. They’re showing some genuine effort there to pack in real meat rather than mysterious “meat meal.” Fancy sounding pea proteins – all discarded. My bulldog Hudson huffs up his snout at unnecessary fillers anyway!
But here’s the kicker… This stuff ain’t cheap folks! Last I checked, we aren’t shopping for caviar here. You’d think with prices like those, Hudson would sprout wings or turn into a unicorn.
Overall, could be it be healthier than some dollar-store kibble with an ingredient list as long as my weekend honey-do list? Probably. Is it worth skipping a mortgage payment for? That’s debatable.
That said, every dog is different. What may have my Hudson pursing his lips might have your Bella licking the bowl clean – so to each their own! If you’ve got loose change lying around and a seriously fickle furball – hell, why not give WAG a whirl? Just remember though folks, eating fancy didn’t make us humans any healthier… just saying!

MemberI’ve been feeding my golden retriever WAG for about 6 months now. What a transformation, she loves mealtimes again! She’s picky with food, so it was quite the relief when she took to WAG really well. I’ve noticed an improvement in her coat – it’s shinier than ever. Energy levels are through the roof too!
But here’s what sold me completely: her vet checks have improved significantly, especially her weight annd gut health.
Keep in mind though, every dog is different. Mine transitioned easily, but be mindful of potential tummy troubles. If you decide to switch, remember to transition gradually over a week or two.
Cost-wise, I found it a little pricey initially but oh boy! It sure is worth every penny when you see your pup thriving on it.
One minor gripe – I wish they’d offer larger bags for bigger breeds. You may find yourself ordering frequently if you’re feeding bigger pups.
Anyway, hope this helps. Give your best friend a pat from me!
