  • Of course, I’d love to talk about Pawstruck dog food! My English Bulldog just can’t get enough of it. When we switched from the previous brand, I noticed a massive leap in his energy levels and overall health. He pretty much inhales his dinner now, ha.

The ingredient list mostly includes real meat y’ know? Which is great for my fur-baby because he’s allergic to grains. What’s wonderful is they’ve got an array of options to cater to different dietary needs so you have a pretty good chance of finding something that suits your pup.

On the downside – because let’s be honest there’s always one, right? – it’s a bit more expensive than many other brands out there. But honestly? For me, seeing Gus happier, healthier, and more active is worth every dime. And hey – anyone else has their pooch on a rotational diet with Pawstruck? Would love some insight!

    Happy tails,
    A fellow dog parent

I got into it ’cause a friend with three dogs (and a vet in the family) said it was top-notch nutrition-wise. And boy, was she right! Bailey’s coat has never looked nicer and she seems so much more energetic.

Overall, I’d definitely give it thumbs up. Yeah, it’s a bit pricer than some brands but for me, knowing Bailey’s getting all her nutrients makes it worth every penny. Plus, they offer loads of different recipes which is pretty cool if you have a picky eater like mine!

Love to hear if anyone else has had a similar experience or any other dog food recommendations too. Paws up for good health! 🐾

I’ve done quite a bit of reading about the ingredients too and I’m pretty impressed. They’re all-natural, crafted with real meat, fruits and veggies – no artificial things that you can’t even pronounce! Plus, Bella goes bananas when she hears the Greenies bag rustle; she definitely loves the taste. Regular vet check-ups have given us nothing but positives so far; so in my book, it’s a big thumbs-up!

The only downside might be the price—it’s a touch on the pricier side compared to some other brands. But hey, we consider it an investment in Bella’s long-term health which is super important to us.

Remember every pup is unique though! What works for one may not for another. So definitely talk to your vet before switching up your dog food if you’re unsure.

Hope that helps you out on your journey to finding the perfect chow for your furry buddy! 🐾

One thing I will say though, it’s a bit on the pricey side compared to other brands, but you definitely get what you pay for in terms of quality ingredients and results. I feel it’s so worth it for Rocky’s health and happiness.

Hope this helps with your decision! Keep us posted on how your fur baby likes it! 🐾

So I’ve been feeding my golden retriever, Daisy, Beneful for about two years now. She absolutely loves it! I switched from another brand because she was gaining a tad too much weight and some people suggested that Beneful could help with this. It’s really worked wonders for us!

Daisy likes both dry and wet options they have an interesting variety. Whatever flavor they put in their ‘savoury rice & lamb stew’, she’s all over it like a kid on candy. It’s been a lifesaver when it comes to medication times; I juts hide the pill in the stew and voila.

As far as her health goes, since the switch I’ve noticed her coat is shinier and she seems more energetic during our daily runs in the park. Her vet exams have been good thus far and no weight gain issue anymore. Plus the food is quite affordable compared to some other brands on the market.

Of course, every dog is different and what works for Daisy might not work for yours but if you’re considering a switch, Beneful has surely been pawsome for us!

Do keep your eye on how your pup reacts to the change though – usually takes a week or so to adjust. Hope this helps!

One qualm was the price initially, but it’s reasonably affordable when you consider the top-notch quality. Let me tell you, it’s worth it seeing your pooch happy and healthy. Anyone else gave it a try?

The protein sources are impressive too. You’ve got your chicken, beef, and even fish… gotta love those Omega-3 fatty acids amirite? Rex gives it four paws up judging by how quickly his bowl gets emptied haha! Not to mention his energy levels are through the roof (He’s practically ready for doggie Olympics!) since we started on this brand.

One fair warning though – the price might give you a little sticker shock if you’re used to supermarket brands. But hey, isn’t our fur buddy’s health worth every penny? I know mine sure is!

Right, that’s me signing out. Remember to give snuggles to your pup from me and Rex! 🐾🐶

Oh boy, can we talk about how she broke down those ingredients? It’s so important to realize that not alldog food brands put the same love and care into their products. Katherine realy did an amazing job at highlighting just how critical it is to focus on organic meals and top-grade meat sources.

We decided to follow her advice and invested in some grain-free organic dog food for Lucy. I must tell you, the transformation has been nothing short of miraculous! Her energy levels are through the roof, her coat’s never looked better, and those pesky allergies seem to have taken a back seat. So a big thumbs up from us 👍👍

Remember guys, our fluffy companions deserve nothing but the best. Look out for those labels and stay informed — your doggo will thank you!

Now here’s the cherry on top: Bella has a sensitive tummy and we struggled A LOT in the past with other food brands. But she hasn’t had any gastrointestinal issues since we switched to Natural Balance. Score!

Isn’t it just the best feeling when your pooch not only enjoys her meal but also truly benefits from it healthwise? 💕 Anyways, thought I’d share this little success story we have with Natural Balance – maybe this can help someone else out there with a picky eater or a pupper with a sensitive belly. Happy feeding everyone! 🐶

in reply to: My Honest CRAVE Dog Food Review for New Dog Parents #2791

At first, I was skeptical. Let’s be real–you see the words ‘high-protein’ and ‘grain-free’, and your mind goes straight to exorbitant prices. But surprisingly, I’d say CRAVE offers pretty reasonable pricing for the quality they promise, and they indeed live up to it.

Here’s my favorite part – their ingredient list is super easy to read (and pronounce)! It’s great knowing exactly what Orbit (my Border Collie) is munching on. And he seemed to love it from the get-go! His coat looks shinier than ever, and his energy levels are through the roof! It’s like he found a new lease on life (from an already bouncing-off-the-walls baseline haha).

Still, every pup is different so don’t take just my word for it. I strongly recommend giving CRAVE a try though. Who knows? Your little buddy might love it as much as Orbit does.

Until next time, happy feeding everyone!

P.S. Has anyone tried the salmon flavor yet? Would love your thoughts on it!

Just wanted to chime in with my own two cents on the Iams dog food debate here. I’ve been feeding it to my Beagle, Chester, for about a year now and honestly, he seems to love it. His coat’s looking shinier, his energy levels are through the roof and he finishes every meal within minutes – always a good sign!

The vet even mentioned that his overall health has improved. Granted, there might be other factors at play as well because we’ve upped his exercise routine and cut back on table scraps (much to Chester’s dismay), but I do think the switch in food helped.

One thing we did notice though was a bit of an upset tummy during the initial switch-over. But once we transitioned slowly from his old food to Iams, everything settled down.

So yeah, overall pretty impressed with Iams. Although I would urge fellow pup parents not to rush the transition process if you decide give it a whirl – take it super slow! Anyhow, hope this helps folks still deciding if they want to make the switch or not.

    Catch ya later guys!

in reply to: Debunking the “Can Dogs Eat Pork?” Myth #2054

It should be cooked thoroughly to kill any potential parasites and shouldn’t be seasoned or spiced because those can upset your pup’s stomach or even make them sick. And of course, moderation is key! You don’t want to load up their diet with lots of pork; it should just be an occasional thing, if at all.

Remember Pokey (my chubby lab)? He got into some leftover sausages one time and oh boy, we spent the entire next day outside…if you catch my drift. 😅 So while they can eat it, maybe stick to safer options where you know how they’ll react. Your local vet is always the best source for what’s safe for your fur baby though!

    Keep the tales wagging! 🐾

Absolutely agree with what most of you guys are saying about Nextrition Dog Food. My golden retriever, Max, has been on it for about 6 months now. And oh boy, the difference it’s made for him! Before we switched over, his coat was looking a bit dull and he was having some tummy upsets quite regularly (nothing too serious thogh).

Ever since moving to Nextrition, his coat is noticeably shinier — like he’s a shampoo commercial star or something haha. And no more upset stomach incidents! He seems more lively and energetic too which is awesome. I’m guessing it’s due to all those healthy ingredients they use.

The only downside so far is that it is a bit pricey compared to other brands out there. But seeing my buddy Max thrive like this, it’s totally worth every penny. Plus, they keep adding new flavors which keep Max excited for mealtime always.

Curious to know if anyone else has experienced any downsides? Let’s share notes!

    Cheers!

I know the big draw is that it focuses on real meat as the primary ingredient—which is great. Not packed full of fillers or anything like that! But let’s be real for a sec. The price tag isn’t exactly budget-friendly if you’ve got multiple dogs to feed or if you’re strapped for cash.

Even though he loves it annd he’s doing spectacularly, I’m actively looking at some alternatives. Something cost-effective but just as nutritious because honestly, the dog eats better than I do at this point! Anyway, I would definitely recommend giving 4health a whirl if you’re considering it—you’ll see some noticeable improvements in your fur kid’s health for sure. As always though, keep an eye on how they react initially to avoid any gastrointestinal surprises, every pup is different after all. 🐾

Dog Chow has that right balance of nutrients that my boy needs every day, with good proteins, carbs, fibre and even the fatty acids! His coat’s been so much glossier and his energy levels are through the roof since I switched to Dog Chow!

The best part? There are zero artificial additives, so I feel like a responsible dog mom knowing that I’m not pumping unnecessary chemicals into my fur baby.

Only downside – portion sizes need to be watched if your pup is prone to weight gain, ’cause they can’t seem to get enough of this stuff! Anyhoo, hope this helps buddy. Can’t go wrong with Dog Chow – Jackson and his drool pool can vouch for it!
